The Managed Associate Rules do not apply to employees of Company franchisees, licensees and owners of Company managed properties. The Program Rules hereby incorporate the additional Managed Associate Rules that shall apply to employees of the Company and to associates working at Company owned, leased, licensed and managed locations.
